Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Nextar. If something isn't right, here's how returns and cancellations work.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
